Good Morning Healthy Saints!!! Let us be reminded that God has not giving us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. Don't allow fear to stop or slow your progress. We sometimes allow fear to come without acknowledging that's what it is. Fear of pain or change can often effect the course that God has designed for us. The acronym for Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real but we know according to Hebrews 11:1 that Faith is the real evidence and substance things we do not see. Have faith in your change for healthy living. Have an awesome day!!!
Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, [a]the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].
Good Morning Healthy Saints!!! This morning I was reminded we are to be fit for the Master's use. As we are on this journey of healthy living remember that the purpose is to be fit and ready for any purpose God needs you. We all have a purpose in God's eyes and we must be ready at anytime to fulfill the call.
2 Timothy 2:21 AMP
Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from these things [which are dishonorable—disobedient, sinful], he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified [set apart for a special purpose and], useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.
Good Morning Healthy Saints!!! During my walk and meditation this morning I was reminded to push myself when I am feeling weak. As we continue on this journey and it feels like we want to go back to our old ways remember that when we are weak he is stong. Use the strength of the Lord to push through the hurt and pain of wanting to throw in the towel. As the scripture says you will reap the benefits in due season if you faint not. May the favor of God follow you.

9 But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and [a]show themselves most effective in [your] weakness. Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may [b]pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!
10 So for the sake of Christ, I am well pleased and take pleasure in infirmities, insults, hardships, persecutions, perplexities and distresses; for when I am weak [[c]in human strength], then am I [truly] strong (able, powerful [d]in divine strength).
